The Haytham — Return & Refund Policy

At The Haytham, we believe luxury is defined by quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Every product is carefully inspected and quality-checked before being dispatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

To maintain the highest standards of service, returns and replacements are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.

✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement

Return or replacement requests may be raised within 1 day of delivery in the following cases:

1. Defective or Damaged Product

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement.

2. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, you may request a replacement.

3. Wrong Variant / Color Received

If the color, design, or variant delivered is different from what was ordered, the product may be eligible for replacement.

📌 Important: All return or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by The Haytham team.

❌ Not Eligible for Return / Refund

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • If you simply change your mind or do not like the product.

  • If the product does not meet your personal preference regarding color, texture, finish, or appearance.

  • Minor variations in leather texture, grain, shade, or finish that are inherent to genuine leather and its natural character.

  • If the product has been used, worn, altered, washed, damaged, scratched, stained, or otherwise handled after delivery.

  • If the product is returned without its original packaging, tags, accessories, or accompanying materials.

  • If the return request is raised after 1 day of delivery.

  • Damage caused due to improper use, mishandling, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

  • Any product that has been personalized, customized, or altered, unless it is received with a manufacturing defect or is different from what was ordered.

💳 Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, monetary refunds are not applicable. If the order qualifies under our return policy, replacement will be provided, subject to product availability and verification.

💸 Non-Refundable ₹99 Convenience Fee

A ₹99 convenience/processing fee is applicable to all orders placed with The Haytham.

This ₹99 fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • Order cancellation after processing or dispatch.

  • Failure to receive the order.

  • Refusal of the order at the time of delivery.

  • Unanswered delivery calls or failure to coordinate with the delivery partner.

  • Any return or replacement request, where applicable.

If an order has already been dispatched, the ₹99 convenience fee will not be refunded.

🔒 Conditions for Return / Replacement

For an eligible return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, dust bags, boxes, cards, and other materials supplied with the product must be retained and returned, wherever applicable.

  • The product must not have any additional scratches, stains, marks, damage, or signs of use.

  • Customers are required to share clear photographs and an unboxing video when reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The unboxing video should clearly show the package from the time it is opened and the product received.

The Haytham reserves the right to reject any return or replacement request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

👜 A Note About Genuine Leather

As our products are crafted using leather, natural variations in grain, texture, wrinkles, pores, and color may occur. These characteristics are a natural part of genuine leather and make every piece unique.

Such natural variations are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or replacement.
